Ju's Crawfish Company is one of the largest farm-direct crawfish operations in Louisiana with a long history dating back to 1982. Based on the shared vision of a late family member, and named in her honor, Ju's was co-founded by the Deshotels and Politz families to continue the vision of vertically integrating the Deshotels family farm by offering crawfish delivery.
Complete with commercial washing, grading, and auto-sacking equipment, the Ju's operation can deliver premium sacks with consistent weights that stand out over traditional "field run" crawfish. Our growing customer base is a testament to those efforts.
