Dedicated Trucking Fleet
Our own refrigerated trucking fleet handles cold-chain and live transit, so product stays under our control from the plant dock to your dock instead of changing hands between carriers.
Air Freight Capability
Our regional trucking network covers the Gulf South and beyond, but distance from Plaucheville doesn't rule anyone out — we coordinate air freight to get live and fresh product to market fast, coast to coast, including California and the Northeast.
Cold-Chain Handling
Boiled crawfish is rapid-chilled at the plant and held under temperature-controlled conditions through loading and transit; tail meat ships vacuum-packed and frozen, with new accounts welcome by arrangement.
Live Transit Handling
Live crawfish are washed, sorted, and re-sacked in breathable mesh specifically for live transit, with handling guidance provided to receiving accounts.
A Growing Hub-and-Spoke Network
We run scheduled wholesale routes into regional metros during crawfish season from our Plaucheville hub, giving restaurants, grocers, and distributors predictable delivery windows — and we're actively adding spokes in every direction as new markets prove out.

Outside our scheduled regional routes, we work with national distributors and accounts on trucking or air freight arrangements by request.
