What You Can Load

Washed, hand-sorted, and re-sacked at our plant, graded by size when seasonal supply allows. 32-pound standard wash sacks or 30-pound custom-branded sacks, precision weighed. Seasonal, typically January through July.
Boiled crawfish
Parboiled in unseasoned water and rapid-chilled at the plant, ready for re-therming and seasoning on your end.
Crawfish tail meat
Hand-picked, cleaned, vacuum-packed, and frozen under a HACCP-certified process, under our Deshotels Crawfish Farms brand. Available year-round, independent of live season.

Dock hours
We load from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call ahead and we’ll set a window that works for your truck.
Wholesale only
Dock sales are for buyers running their own distribution — distributors, seafood markets, restaurant groups, and boil operations. We don’t sell retail off the dock.
Bring the right truck
Live crawfish ship in breathable mesh and need airflow and shade, not a sealed box. Boiled product and tail meat need to stay in temperature control once they leave our dock. How you haul it is your call — tell us what you’re running and we’ll flag anything worth planning for.

Some buyers haul their own and it works well. Others start out hauling and find the drive isn’t the hard part — the cadence is. A round trip here and back can tie up a truck and a driver for the better part of a day, which for a lot of outfits means one or two runs a week, and that can cap how often you restock as you grow.
